Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdul Majid is a highly accomplished Otorhinolaryngologist (ENT Specialist), academician, and healthcare administrator with over 26 years of distinguished clinical experience and more than 16 years of teaching experience at prestigious medical institutions in India and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He earned his MBBS degree from Osmania University and completed his Master of Surgery (M.S.) in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) from Osmania Medical College, one of India’s premier medical institutions.
Throughout his illustrious career, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdul Majid has held several distinguished academic and administrative positions, including Tutor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor, Head of the Department (HOD), Medical Superintendent, and Consultant ENT Surgeon. His extensive expertise encompasses clinical practice, medical education, hospital administration, and healthcare quality management.
Currently, he serves as the Medical Superintendent at NIMI Hospital, Nova Medical College & Research Centre, where he provides visionary leadership in hospital administration, clinical governance, patient safety, quality assurance, and healthcare service excellence. In addition to his administrative responsibilities, he remains actively involved in delivering advanced ENT care, mentoring postgraduate and undergraduate medical students, and promoting evidence-based clinical practice.
