Staff Uniform Policy
All staff and students must wear white aprons and carry NIMSRC-issued ID cards to uphold professional standards.

1. Casualty and Emergency Services
- 24/7 Casualty Department equipped with:
- 30 floor beds with central oxygen supply and suction.
- Advanced equipment: Multipara monitors, defibrillators, pulse oximeters, crash carts, etc.
- An emergency operating theatre with anesthesia and surgical tools.
- Resident doctors, casualty medical officers, and consultants available round-the-clock.
- Supporting facilities: Radiology, central laboratory, and pharmacy.
2. Outpatient Department (OPD)
- Spacious OPD with a registration counter.
- Departments: General Medicine, Surgery, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, OBG, Ophthalmology, ENT, Psychiatry, Dermatology, TB Chest, Dentistry.
- Teaching and clinical demonstration spaces.
- Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M.
3. Diagnostic Services
Central Laboratory:
- Departments: Pathology, Biochemistry, Microbiology.
- Open 24/7 with advanced diagnostic technology.
Radiology Department:
- Portable X-ray units, 500mA machines, ultrasound Doppler machines.

Investigation Procedures
- Prescriptions: Ordered by the treating doctor.
Tests Conducted: - Biochemistry, Pathology, and Microbiology in the central lab (1st floor).
- X-rays performed adjacent to the OPD block.
- Admission Process: Based on bed availability and emergency priority.
- Certificates Issued: Upon payment at the cash counter.
Eligibility for MBBS Admission
- Requirements
- Nationality: Indian citizens or dependents of Non-Resident Indians.
- Qualifications: Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. Pre-medical/professional exams with practical tests in the same subjects. B.Sc. degree holders with relevant qualifications.
- Additional Notes: Mathematics marks are excluded. No rounding off percentages. Equivalency certificates required for non-Telangana/CBSE/ICSE candidates. NEET (UG) qualification is mandatory.
- Age: 17 years by December 31st of the admission year.
